Opening the app and looking at my streak knowing it’s going to eventually read 1 month, 3 months, and a year made my entire day. cant stop smiling. i’m free of this 5 year addiction, i have not logged a single relapse and never will, as i wrote from the beginning. will check back when i get to a month, it is worth it boys trust me do not relapse
