Don’t think about what you’re failing at. Keep busy with the things you actually want to do. Call or chill with family or friends. Speak positivity over yourself. Take melatonin and just go to sleep. Night time is the worst for getting into trouble
You keep quitting until one day it finally sticks You got this bro
You move got this. It gets easier. It’s a habit, you can change habits.
