Im coming up on 30 days clean and what Ive come to realize is that the app only helps keep track of progress and not actually help you quit. After I relapsed last time I felt really disgusted and I made the conscience decision that I no longer want to feel like that. Its just a matter of you making the decision to be better than the day before. No reason to make yourself feel disgusted with yourself for jus 30 secs of " feel good " action . Its all a mind thing and remember that YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOURSELF. Hope this helps somebody.
