Did you give it access to block apps through settings? I had to set mine up and it’s worked so far

The app doesn't guarantee you'll stop your addiction. Instead it's a tool to help aid recovery along side your own effort. Every time I've had an urge I open the app and use the panic button which definitely helps me. Download opal to block apps.
