Hey guys, I seem to struggle the most on the weekends with not watching porn. I know I gotta stay busy/distracted. Any ideas that could help?

plans. Monday roles around, you should make plans for the weekend. stay busy, go outside as much as you can, enjoy life. Aim to have such a good and productive day that you can't even think about porn, just what you get to do to the next day! It's not easy, but if you really put the effort in the benefits will out-weigh the temptation
