i was there too man. use all the tools youve got. quittr, chatgpt, youtube channels, journalling and always keep yourself busy. 4 habit loop u need to know. cue, craving, response, rewards. cue to make it disgusting, craving to make it unattractive, response to make it challenging and rewards to make it unrewarding.
