I feel fine as of now but I fear that a one point I’ll see something on Instagram or just on tv, and feel the need to masturbate. Any good coping mechanisms or ways to avoid it??

i just deleted all social medias and reduced my screen time. it helped a lot

limit your screen time is possible, and not dwell on those pieces of content. keep your mind distracted with other challenging things to occupy your mind
