FINALLY DIFFERENT APPROACH

I’m 27 fighting this addiction since I was 11 years old. I went to the gym consistently last week 4 days and this week i will do 6. I usually relapse on mondays but i haven’t. My next battle will be wednesday and thursday. I remember i reached 7 days before and it was damn near impossible to not go past it. My longest streak is a month and that was years ago😭 It’s time to cleanse my temple with the power of God in JESUS NAME AMEN!!! My goal is a lifetime. I need 3-6 months to heal, but it’s been challenging. This time it will be easy and I will not think about any lust unless it’s with a partner.🙏🏽
