App that’s good for blocking this shite

If any of you guys are struggling quitting websites where this stuff is in, I recommend ScreenZen. It basically blocks websites or apps of your choosing. It’s intended for lowering screen time which is very successful but can be used for quitting pornography. Just search up the website and pick ‘always strict block’. Then make sure to go to settings and make the app not be able to change settings for like an hour or two. By the time you want to unlock it, your urge is basically gone. Not perfect but is extremely helpful. Good luck guys
