One of the Bishops gave mass at my cathedral and gave some words of wisdom about the Pentecost and the Holy Spirit. He said the same Holy Spirit that created the Church is present in all of us and it's on us as disciples to activate it by calling upon it when we are tempted. The fruits of calling upon the holy spirit are: Joy, peace, gentleness, kindness, courage and purity. All the things we seek when quitting porn. Hope this helps
