My car broke down on me..Im a full time single dad…and not having transportation was a low blow on top of everything else I have going on. life is really kicking my ass right now and I relapsed because I can’t drive at the moment and spent too much time in my room and in my head. Sometimes life forces you to level up internally because it’s a miracle I’m still a positive person.

I’m sorry that happened to you and you’re going through this period. I can’t imagine how that feels as a single parent. I applaud your bravery to write about, and share, this vulnerability. It isn’t easy. You’re right in that life sometimes puts you in situations where you have no distractions and you really have to win those internal battles by changing a pattern you may have no recognize was there due to all the distractions. You’re doing great, bud. Progress not perfection. We are all here for you.
