What is a true “Relapse”?

I’ve had this question for a while, but can’t seem to find a definitive answer to this. Some say relapsing is to fully engage on pornography, others say that just by peaking at suggestive content on social media counts as a relapse. Where do you draw the line? It’s obvious, no matter how “small” the content might be, it’s definitely not good for you if it suggests lust or triggers you. That being said, I’m curious to know your thoughts on the matter. Would you reset your streak or consider it a “relapse” if you intentionally glanced at a post on social media but proceeded to block it right away?

It is watching any kind of porn soft or hardcore. And try to steer away from thirst traps or gym pics. And for relapsing yes that counts if intentional. Sorry bro

Personally I think that if you intentionally looked at a post on social media and got aroused by it, and then proceed to look at more, it’s a relapse. Because it triggers those dopamine release mechanisms. And then it leads down a road to doing more.

Actually you have a good question for me relapse mean search for pornography or seeing it by mistake and continue to see more
