idea to stop the urge

do you guys have any idea or any meme or any video that can just ruin of mood and stop our flow of thought. like sometimes if we see something means it will stop our or ruin the conversation. i want to use it for stopping my urges , once my thoughts ruined , im planning to divert it with other activities or i will try to be in crowded places since we can't indulge while we are in the crowded place. any thing you follow or have idea for ?
