A lesson for all of us

One thing I have learned recently was that one of the main reasons that I watched porn was because I wanted to get rid of the pressure of wanting to jerk it. I realized, I’m not watching porn because I like it, it’s because I don’t like this urge, and jerking off gets rid of it. You have to find something that satisfies that urge, like meditation, push ups, etc. Keep your heads up kings!!
