I’ve seen a lot of post here about having streaks of no porn and no masturbation separately. The question I have is, isn’t masturbating the same as watching porn? As you are visualizing something that is erotic to you in order to masturbate and the act of masturbation is to satisfy the need for dopamine substituting the act of consuming porn. So wouldn’t the act of masturbation be the same as consuming porn? As I think you are releasing and satisfying the urge of dopamine. I am writing this post because the real issue I have is frequent masturbation and actively search for porn in order to do so. Thus I would like to know if masturbation addiction have the same effect as porn addiction? If different, how so?
Nah man it’s definitely the same when you beat with jus ur imagination ur still thinking abt the erotic scenes in ur head and getting off to that in order to quit porn you gotta quit masturbating as well cuz when you watch porn u beat but then when you don’t watch porn and still beat ur still imagining the porn in ur head and also when u beat hella times even without porn that shit aint good for you it’ll mess up ur sperm amounts jus don’t do either one you cant quit one or the other you gotta quit both cuz I still get the same post nut clarity even beating without porn jus don’t do either
