When you’re pissed at the whole world, everything is going wrong, your blood rises and boils… there are two ways to address it, coping and managing. A lot of people on this app cope with pornography and masturbation… you’re mad and angry so you want the dopamine kick to balance you out… not the answer. Some people lash out at others… not the answer. Some people shut down and treat others like shit… not the answer. Solve your problem… simple as that… sometimes that means confront someone, grow some balls, do something, whatever. Other times the issue is over and nothing can fix it so you have to accept it… healthy ways to ventilate those situations is with high physical exertion. Gym, running, work, whatever… getting energy out is the key… not getting energy in (stress eating) or taking in dopamine kicks from an unhealthy addiction (porn) or disrespecting others and your surroundings (lashing out/tantrums)… just be a man, grow some balls, solve your problems, if it’s already over accept it and burn some calories
