After 7 days I succumbed to temptation. My arrogance telling myself it’s just IG lead me to fail. Lesson in there. Don’t even trust yourself until you prove yourself otherwise.

before when I tried to quit I thought I could keep reddit, but it led me back. this time I deleted reddit and not having the option to even see my triggers is helping.
