Alright so Ive managed to go 3 days clean. The first 2 days honestly weren’t hard, I managed to stay busy with work and other hobbies to get me through the days. But today was a little more rough, I had a stressful day at work and it made me want to relapse. Thankfully I didn’t and was able to hold on but it just made me realize how much I depended on it for stress. I need to find other ways to release my stress. I think it might be time to actually commit to a fitness journey as well. Wish me luck!
