Go on Audible and search up, “The Easy Peasy Way To Quit Porn.” It is a free book I started listening to today and supposedly it has a 95% success rate. Make sure to start from episode one and then click on the next episode. It will try to skip chapters. If you are going to listen to the audio book, make sure to FINISH IT.
