I agree with Colin and Shane; day 15 and it’s the worst day. The temptation, urges … came out of nowhere.

Day 16. My advice is try to get the deed done without using porn. It helps get rid of the urge. It’s harder for sure, but it helps

I’m on day 14 and this is the worst part imo.
