Headache

I experience the same ,on my 5th day.

I had a headache yesterday (day 4) as well and got one today (day 5). So it must be to do with withdrawal like Gavin said. Don't worry, drink plenty of water and keep going 💪🏽

Could possibly be withdrawal from pornography and masturbation. The dopamine you get from those two things combined is extremely high and addicting. Typical when you’re addicted to something you get withdrawals when you journey to quit it. I believe those headaches should pass after a week or so if not sooner.
