Imma be honest bro you may wanna stay away from anything that reminds you of sex in general like don’t be in places alone by yourself if you can manage it and stay away from social media. If you have to be alone at your house for some reason like if you’re car broke down and you can’t use any other vehicle watch or do something that takes your mind off of it and believe me I know it’s difficult.

@Luke, does this also apply with having sex with my wife? That has been the biggest question for me. In my head how does wanting to quit porn and having sex with my SO not interfere with my willingness to quit sex addiction?
