Fapping is as equally bad as watching porn bc you get controlled by your own desires. The whole purpose of trying to quit fapping is to escape the temptations and not to let our desires and our lust control ourselves, like animals who only act on their instincts. Furthermore, fapping leads almost always back to porn because most people get bored by "jerking off" of their imagination and always want more. And beating your meat is just plainly pathetic as a man, also adding that it's sinful in many religions like Islam.

Same thing here. From what i’ve looked into fapping isn’t as bad (obviously), unless it becomes a habit. Some people quit fapping with porn for a complete dopamine reset. However, If you feel masturbating occasionally (without porn) makes quitting porn easier, then it’s fine. Just make sure you’re not replacing one bad habit with another, baisically.
