I feel the the Lord putting the strength in my spirit to resist the temptation of porn. I honestly don’t really feel the urges right now but I know for sure it will be stronger as I get closer to my goals. My tips are just limit your screen time. If you are bored read your bible! Get out of the house if you feel the urge, avoid being alone in your room. Good luck boys.

I have been holding on to the scripture “he will not put more on you then you can bear”. It’s hard to push through sometimes but I know we can do it!
