Wow. I didn't really have a lot of time to think about jorkin it today because of work. But jeez man it's been rough since I've been home. Thing that's working best for me is distraction. Helldivers 2 is working wonders. Hardest part of the day for me is laying in bed trying to sleep and getting the urge. Only thing that seems to help is typing the thoughts out here. I'm gonna keep praying on it. Thanks for listening guys. Here's to a successful day 4 and a successful day 5
