Social media really is the issue. Last few days I spent ages doomscrolling and felt so lonely and stuck at night when I was alone with my thoughts. Now that I have barely been able to spend time on it today, the sadness aint there. I had a genuine happy moment again. Social media is the cause of all of these fucking addictions. Its the literal devil, its made to be addicting and its made to make us weak and to make us give in.
