Morning masturbation issue

I’ve got a bit of a morning routine that I’m not sure how to break. I usually wake up already doing the deed, and by the time I’m fully awake, it’s either I finish or it’s going to feel a bit off (blue balls) for the rest of the day. I feel like it’s impossible to stop since I’m unconscious when I do it. Any suggestions on how to change this? This is my biggest worry about relapsing. I usually manage it well when I’m awake, but there are a few moments when I feel like I really need to and get anxious. I try to find something to help me stay busy, but I’m always aware of what’s happening. So, what can I do when I’m asleep? I relapsed today, and I’m a bit frustrated because it happened when I woke up.

i started a list of to-dos to help distract me. the first one on the to do list is get out of bed. i have others such as brushing my teeth or taking 3 big deep breaths.

As someone who’s been there, as soon as you catch yourself starting, do something else. It took me about 2 weeks to kick that habit. It doesn’t have to be push ups or journaling, just do something else but that
