How a bride stains her dress

In the Bible we are compared to a bride waiting for her groom in a white dress without any stain whatsoever. I believe it’s in the book of Revelations. Anyways, remember to keep your temples clean and in a constant state of holiness. Don’t let even the smallest thought linger around in your brain, for it may grow and cause you to sin later on. Remember to address every bad habit. If listening to secular music feeds your flesh, if listening to lustful asmr, if seeing certain videos, reels, tik toks, or anything you consider “small”, leads you to feel a certain way I would say cut it out. Because of two reasons. The first one being it’s stains your white dress, and the second one being it feeds your craving. To explain the first reason, in the book of James, it explains how there is no such thing as a sin smaller than another sin. Sin is still sin. A stain on a white dress will appear visible to the eyes of God, no matter how big or how small the stain. To explain the second reason, and to back up my argument a bit more is because a thought can become sin. Not saying the thought itself is sin, but allowing it to stay in your mind is. Also found in the book of James. Because of a domino effect. Our thought can lead to sin, and sin leads to death. We should address those thoughts, even the small actions we allow, because they can cause us to fall; because they are going to grow into something bigger later on. Also, if you quit watching porn on one website, but watch it on another media, what are you overcoming? Are you really overcoming your lustful craving, or are you creating another bridge where you can access that lustful craving? I may have written a lot and I really don’t expect anyone to read all of this, but I wrote this with the purpose of addressing our small sins we allow to happen because of their “small impact”. Also I didn’t really include bible verses because I don’t have my bible at hand and it’s in Spanish. Also read it yourselves, you’ll understand what I’m talking about once you read it lol. Don’t forget that a small stain is still a stain, and it may lead to greater sin down the road. Remember God loves you, and it’s because of his love that I do this.
