One thing that’s been keeping me from relapsing now even though i want to is knowing the temptation is only gonna get harder to resist and porn/sex are only gonna take over my mind even more. The pain of resisting now is more valuable and productive than the pain of that post nut clarity.

It gets harder before it gets easier! The struggle is just your mind and body going through withdrawal. When you remember that, think about what your fighting for and what awaits you on the other side
