Any time I wanna relapse take 3 deep breaths and log on to the app and write in this forum or send a message in the chat and write everything that ur struggling with at that moment that led u to wanting to quit then read it and take another deep breath and hopefully someone replies or if not just read other posts in the forum

Is it harder to quit? Or is it harder to give up on yourself? Maybe as a reminder you just realize what’s worth before continuing onto life. It’s your life we are here to support you.

Don’t give up! I don’t know if you’re religious but I am and I’ve fought this battle for years also. The thing that has helped me most is turning towards God. It’s truly helped. If you’re serious about quitting I’d try that before giving up all hope. There is hope in Christ, through him we can conquer this terrible plague of pornography.

Bro don’t quit bro, use the power of god and anime on your side. It’s ok to make mistakes even a 100 times. If you can’t quit, don’t make it about the quitting, make it about never giving up no matter how hard. Even if you have to relapse every damn day. Don’t ever stop trying even if it sucks
