I’ve been trying to quit for long time now but it never seems to work. I have decreased my total amount of relapses from 3-4 times a day to about 1-2 a day though. However I still can’t seem to fully quit and I can’t go more than two days without feeling strong urges again. This is the first day of trying to quit again.

You’re already showing progress. Next step - learn how to process urges instead of fight them. Fighting them just makes them come back stronger. When I have a strong urge I do a minute of breathing and say out loud what the urge is, and that seems to take all of its power away. Do that enough times and it becomes second nature. I’m still learning, but that works for me.

Brother you've already made progress in going from 3-4 to 1-2, 99.9% of people aren't going to kick this in one go, the progress generally is almost never linear. Appreciate the progress you've made and what you've learned and dive right back in. Do something to distract you when the urges come: pull up this app, do some push ups. Don't let the short term cravings keep you from your long term potential, you've got this.
