Somthing I find that helps is when you feel that urge, immediately do somthing that occupies your mind. For me I start watching YouTube shorts. And try to stay away from shows or movies that shows any sexual activities, after about 10 min you’ll forget about the urge

And always remember He is always ready to talk to us and also remember that through all of it Jesus still loves us whether you fall to sin or not

Just know that in Christ He has given authority over the enemy and there is no temptation that God will not give us a way out to endure it and remember that Jesus died for us so that we could be made righteous in the eyes of God the Father and He sees us as His children

Remember why you started this journey. don’t let this control you any longer. Be strong brother!
