Relapsed over an over. Read if you a virgin

Guys f*ck all the bullsh*t you need to hear the cold truth that i’ve realized during my battles with relapsing and depression. This is obvious truth though i think, the reason why you’re a virgin is bc of porn and jerking off. but those things have after affects like depression and depression leads to not going out which leads to a downward spiral of hell. then you wish you weren’t a virgin, which f*cks with your mind bc when you talk to a girl or meet one all your thinking about is sexual thoughts about them which they can tell btw and they cut you off etc. but the main message here is if you a virgin and you don’t like being a virgin or want to change that the first thing you need to do is work on yourself and your temptations with porn and jerking off. GET RID OF THEM YOU HAVE TOO!!! OR ELSE YOU’LL END UP LIKE ME. i hate that i’ve found this out recently and i hate my life because of it. there’s my rant.
