The pain off relapse

First 38 days , then failed. Then 2 weeks , failed . Now 22 days failed. Now i am just disappointed at myself. I have this addiction for years. It is just really hard to quit. Lately i have been dealing with a lot of mental health issues and it is been harder and harder. But i Will quit this addiction no matter what. I am going to keep trying. If you are thinking about it . Don’t do it . It is not worth it
