Depending on how long you’ve been hooked this journey can be tough. Don’t beat yourself up over a relapse. Those first 2 weeks are probably the toughest, but afterwards it gets easier to manage. One thing that helped me on this current streak was a previous fast from social media. There’s all kinds of triggers and that happened to be one of mine. When I did jump back on I cleansed my algorithm and now I feel like I have more control of self if anything does pop up. Know your triggers and know you can overcome them. It does get easier to control this thing. You’ve got this!
