If you have an iPhone, you can limit adult content and control what kinds of apps and websites can be accessed. Just go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions, then check out App Store, Media, Web & Games. Under Web Content, you can block adult sites and even add specific sites you don’t want to access. This has really helped me when I get the urge or start drifting on Reddit or X — it blocks me from going any further. Been very helpful.
