Acknowledge the urge. Call it what it is. Then move on to something else. Little things to break the habit/routine. Exercise is always good - keeps you busy and helps you feel better after.

Find other ways to destress, think of another goal you want to pursue that you enjoy. Going for a walk, gym, or any physical activity will feel fulfilling and help clear your head, look to what you believe in for mental strength. I had a conversation recently with someone and told think of life like going on a long drive we all end up taking a wrong turn at some point, turn around and head back on the road you were traveling, it may take a couple times but as long as you know where you are headed and you’re goals stick to it, you got this brother have a whole community behind you.

You got this wer on day 7 and we aren’t stopping

Get busy man I’m struggling too the urges are gonna be there every now and then but you can’t stop. You have to get busy do anything do chores like wash or put away clothes, clean your room, just do anything productive that will get your mind off of it to continue the journey. And most important don’t give up man.

turn off your phone do 10 pushups then go for a walk help clear your head

What I like to do is just put in my headphones and set my phone in a different room and just walk on the treadmill
