I totally relate to that. Today is my first day in the Community. I'm thinking about taking a break from dating apps and focusing on my recovery for the next 30 days. Maybe I'll try practicing talking to women in random places, even if it's just a small chat. Dating apps are tempting but also a major trigger. My goal is to have at least one meaningful conversation with a woman every day. Who knows, maybe I'll never go back to apps
