Anyone else here feel like it isn’t just porn & jerking off that they’re addicted to? I always find myself scrolling just to get that little dopamine boost and I think it’s that same as porn in a way. Idk but when I started on this app 9 days ago I also cut out instagram & TikTok and I found myself sitting in my room yesterday almost dying for some dopamine. Ended up looking at porn and not jerking off. Then I woke up this morning and couldn’t stop myself. Does anyone have any tips for some kind of healthy dopamine boosts that I can get whenever I really need it?

Yeah, it happened while I was working yesterday and I went and had something to eat but I just couldn’t shake that craving. Thanks for the advice bro

That’s the thing we find our self idling instead of being productive. I get it you’ve done all your tasks and chores and nothing else left, so you’re out of your mind craving some dope. I recommend things that bring back good nostalgia, food you enjoy to eat, working out to release endorphins, or creating something with your own hands.
