I failed. I’m ashamed. Lost a 50 day streak, didn’t even hit the panic button. I told myself I was “stronger than that.” I was looking at some news on Twitter, so a girl on there, let myself “accidentally” find more. Ended up wasting the last three hours. I went so long, got so far. Time to begin again.
Remember, this doesn’t set your progrsss back to 0, all the work you put in and the result of that work is still there. You made the first 50 days, that just goes to show how possible the next 50 will be, learn from your mistakes and it won’t happen next time
Your still doing good Man your habits are changing. Take my advice and un install twitter. Too much bad stuff on there.

Get back on the wagon. Slip ups happen but the guilty feeling is nothing compared to the taste of victory. Dont give up
