I need help

So for me I started this to stop ejaculation and i watched porn and mastuebeted but didn’t nut, still isn’t an excuse. But it made me realize it was a sin I didn’t want to repeat and repeat. I’m exhausted. Job and school is draining cause it’s like a repeat and what I’m gonna do in a couple days is take a day of and chill meditate and sleep basically recall my self.
