More practical advice.
I have relapsed a lot in my time but doing so has taught me things. For one having multiple blockers helps. I also find that computers are easier to manage than phones. For computers I highly recommend blockers like Cold Turkey and BlockerX. For phones get things like Stay Focused. BlockerX also works well. If you have somebody that really can keep in touch with you a program like covenant eyes can help. I will say that loneliness is a part of it. It's an odd kind of loneliness though. It's not necessarily that I can't interact with people it's more like a shame loop where I feel like people would be disappointed if they knew me really. As far as other prices of advice go block terms like "ai girlfriend" "erotica" etc. A lot of shopping apps aren't blocked by keyword blocks for whatever reason so one thing you can do is enter the term and then copy the search url into a blocker to close the loophole. ID also recommend blocking manga websites as dear goodness their is a lot of porn out there. Same with Twitter really I'd block it if you can or block stuff not with Twitter but the blocker by url in a blocker. I hope my advice can help somebody.
