Ik it’s hard to feel motivation after a relapse, but do your best to stand proud. 32 days is a long time. Yes you are having to start from day one again, but remember, even though it maybe be day 1, no matter when you relapsed, each day your clean is a new win! Just take it day by day.

Don’t think about the relapse think about how awesome it was to get to 32 days. Relapses are gonna happen because we are in perfect humans. I get my strength from Christ. I have to remember in my times of temptation that I need to call out the name of Jesus because I know I cannot do it on my own. But I wanted to let you know how awesome 32 days is and not to focus on the relapse, which is now in the past, keep your eyes focused on the future and what you can change. Also, for my perspective when I dwell on my relapses, it made me relapse even more.
