Imma be real for a minute, I can’t even feel like this even counts as a relapse bc I literally felt nothing from it. I don’t feel any irritation, no guilt, no impulsivity, this is genuinely weird.
your brain and the pathways associated with your addiction don't care about how it felt, they care that they've been stimulated. the streak counter is there to track your progress. and although recovery isn't linear, by doing that you have set yourself back and i would be honest with myself and just reset after that. no big deal, it happens but being honest with yourself about these things will get you where you need to be sooner and in a more concrete way
