I don't know how this works but I'll just go for it, I guess. I just found out about this app on Wednesday and I jerked it yesterday. I was in the shower and figured I needed a way out of the habit. I started super late, I started at 24 and I'm 30 now. I'll be 31 in July. So I'm here now and it does feel a little weird but I figured as long as I'm doing things to keep myself busy and all that, I should be okay
