She's the problem

Lent is over so I'm using snap again. I have a girl there I'm in friendship with (she's pretty ngl) and she sent me some pics before lent. I waited until yesterday to open snap the first time after renunciate and since then I feel tempted and have a little pain in my heart. I think its the holy ghost inside me and its a sign to remove her but a voice in the back of my head (must be Satan) says that I shouldn't remove her. I don't want to make God sad but I really like her as a friend because we have much similarities (job, hobbies etc). What should I do guys? Is it worth to keep in contact or should I listen to the holy ghost?

I’d say don’t open the photos and maybe talk to her and communicate with her about what photos she can send to you

Honestly bro, I don’t believe that she is the problem. She is a human being just like me and you. One of the biggest problems with porn is that we are not treating women as people (to a point). Porn rewires our brains and our perspectives on women, making it hard to build healthy relationships with them. When u actually build healthy relationships with women, it can help to change how u see them - like real people. In my opinion she is not the problem, the devil is. With that said, you should do what your heart tells you to. I believe in you bro. Good luck!!

I’ve found that if you truly believe the Lord is speaking to you to listen. I’ve been through too many situations where I was like, “it’ll be fine tho!” And spoiler, it never ended fine. If she’s causing you to stumble, best is to at least say, “I need some space and time to figure things out” I’ve had to cut out people from my life and it sucks at first but it is the right choice. And obviously we don’t know her, but is she someone that’s understanding? Like if you explained the situation would it nuke the friendship or would she understand and work with you on it? Ultimately just pray on it and the answer will reveal itself.

Look at it this way brother. If you think and believe you can grow with this girl in your relationship with god, then there’s no problem keeping her in your life. But if you feel like she will draw you away from god and into sinful experiences, then I would advice to move on from this girl. Keep going man, I believe you will make the right choice👊🏼
