I am a warrior and will not let a relapse from happening, I know my triggers, it’s alcohol, instagram/tik tok, boredom. Identity your triggers, it’ll help you avoid a relapse when you know what causes you to relapse

Boredom is also one of my biggest triggers. What do you guys do when that comes up?

Some friendly advice when you tell yourself you’re not going to do something your brain subconsciously thinks I’m going to do it. Your brain doesn’t understand the concept of the word “not”. It’s like if I say don’t think of a pink elephant, the first thing you do is think of it. Try to start changing your vocabulary I will be strong, I want have clean thoughts, and start telling yourself what you want instead of what you don’t want. Hopefully that’s helpful.

Facts, one of mine is boredom. Which sucks cause I’m homeless living out of my truck right now so I’m bored a lot. I go to the gym sometimes but other than work that’s it and it’s hard.
