Tips?
Been frying my brain with these shitty videos for years, kept seeking more extreme stuff like sissification etc. At this moment the thoughts are strong and these are the exact moment I tend to shut my brain off and go for it. I know deep down this is not the life I want and these thoughts are just from all of the brainfrying videos. Im sure this can be fixed if I keep my eyes on my goals, but it gets hard sometimes. Does anyone have experience with getting rid of these specific thoughts and have some tips perhaps?
Something which worked for me is starting a project or something that I would always think about. Idk if that helps bro
