you gotta identify what's triggering it and just cut that out of your life. any time I've tried to stop previously I still kept IG or Reddit and those would always eventually trigger my urges and help me give in. I've since deleted both and it's helped a ton. for times where there aren't triggers, you just gotta use the panic button. getting reminders of why I'm doing this helps me a ton.
