I open this app the moment I feel tempted. I’ve placed it next to my every day use apps so I see it all the time. There’s a breathing exercise in the app that has helped me so much in times of crazy temptations.
I would say identify the doorway that leads to your temptations. It’s easier to say no to the door than the temptation head on.
If your doorway is being up late at night, stop staying up so late! Again, it’s easier to address the doorway, rather than the temptation itself.
